In May 2023 the Trust introduced its minibus alongside President Dame Joanna Lumley and patron Suzy Aitchison. Trustees gathered with representatives of National Grid, the National Lottery Community Fund and vehicle supplier M4 Van Centre, Swindon.

The announcement invited residents in BS26 to suggest social and leisure outings. The minibus would help people enjoy the community together.

A COMMUNITY MILESTONE · MAY 2023

More than a journey

A £10,000 National Lottery grant helped the Trust purchase a minibus, connecting residents in Loxton and surrounding villages with the Hub and with one another. Dame Joanna Lumley joined supporters to celebrate the new service in May 2023.
